Absolutely beautiful! You are graceful and talented Cindy..making this look so incredibly fluid..not to mention easy..which I’m guessing is anything but!!
Great job!!
Cindy,
I must say you are an inspiration! Wow! Maybe there is hope for this soon to be 49 year old yet!
Speaking of me, of course! Ha! Ha! Where have all the years gone! By the way, just wanted to say I just love your cookbook as well. I was so happy to add it to my collection. Cooking is indeed my passion!
It brings me such pleasure to cook for others! I am so happy that I fount your blog. I can tell that you really write from the heart. Just so you know.. I have been a Whitesnake fan for years and years. Since the beginning.
I recently decided finally to get myself back in shape. It’s a slow process, alot of hard work, but I am determined to do it! Anyway… The only DVD I watch while on the treadmill is my live Whitenake DVD. The music of WS is such “feel” good music how can a person stop moving while it’s playing? It keeps me motivated! Oh, well… I am rambling now. Just wanted you to know that I think that you are a pretty cool person and keep on doing what you are doing. You are making a difference…
Thanks Cyndi! It’s not necessarily easy, but it’s REALLY fun! I love it!
Thanks so much, Rona! Good for you! That’s fantastic that you are treating your body to some workout. Be gentle with yourself and have fun. David will be pleased to hear you like treadmilling to his DVD. Music helps a lot I find. If you find some music you love it makes it so much more enjoyable. It’s got to be fun, or it’s hard to keep doing it!
Hi Cindy! I liked the video very much. Activities that have to do with the plasticity of the human body have always amazed me. But unfortunately I didn’t do any gymnastics or ballet as a kid. Or anything at all. I started working out at the age of 18 and although my flexibility has improved I’ll never be able to do the splits or any of those spectacular moves. Just wondering, do you have beginners’ classes in your studio? And how feasible is pole dancing for someone who has never done anything so demanding for the body before?
Hi Rona!
Go you SEXY 50 year old! You rock! It’s great that you are motivated to get in shape purely for you, and cudos to your husband for loving you exactly the way you are!
Hi Ursula!
Thank you so much! I hope you can find a class near you with a teacher you like. It’s really a lot of fun! It’s a little bit challenging in the beginning, but if you stick with it the learning curve is actually pretty fast! Good Luck!
