Cindy Pole Fitness Routine to “Low” by Flo Rida
This video got the music removed on YouTube so I’m posting it here with the music, since the routine was made to accompany the song. I get the copyright thing, don’t get me wrong, I am married to a musician after all. But, I must say I think in these cases the record company’s are doing themselves a disservice. I can’t tell you how much music I’ve purchased BECAUSE I saw someone do a cool routine to it and thought it would be a great song to add to my pole dancing music list. But whatever… there’s my rant.

Hi Cindy, hope you and your family are well. The new video is great and you look so fit, Healthy and very pretty. I am totaly in awe of you.I am working on getting fit after being poorly for a long time. I wish you nothing but good things. Take care Cindy, Bev.

Your style of teaching is so caring and supportive. We love your class! Not just because its so fun and its a great work out but because of you! You make the class perfect. Love watching the video! Thank you so much for the sweet comments!

Hi Bev,
Find something that makes you smile, and then it doesn’t feel like working out to get in shape. That might simply be walking out in the sunshine!
Also, downtime is important for the body too! Don’t underestimate it…
XOXO,
Cindy
Cindy…
You are so awesome! Just love the this video of ya! You give me so much hope for myself. My goal is to try pole dancing. But… Not feeling too confident in myself just yet. It is the body image thing!
I just have to get past it and my past… Next year as my b-day gift my sweetie wants to bring me to take a class at your studio. I recently found this out during one of our talks.
He wanted to surprise me this year for my 50th b-day in 19 days. But… He knew that I was not feeling too good about myself just yet. I am working on it though! So… The goal is for my 51st to come and attend a class. I am so excited about it!!! Now… That I know this, I am working even harder towards that goal!
Surely I am not too old to take a class, do you think?? By the way… What happened in regards to the new show that you were a judge on? Just wondering… Hope you and the family are doing well. Much Love and Blessings Always…
Yikes! Cindy! Please disregard any typos in my post. Of course I realize it after hitting the post comment button. But… Hopefully you knew what I meant.
Hi Rona,
Nobody is too old to pole dance! Of course you can do it at 51. I think most women have the body concerns before taking their first class. Then once they’re there they realize nobody cares what anybody else looks like or what anybody else is doing because their total focus is on themselves! smile.
The Vertical Pole Challenge took a break from taping over the summer. I think they are planning to begin taping again soon. Fingers Crossed. It’s still challenging to get people to recognize Pole Fitness as a sport. Slowly but surely it’s getting there…
